I paid the bill as I had too and left. It had a very bad energy and vibe. Like bad things happen in these seedy places. Never again will I hope a deal works out. Pay the extra. Not a healthy place. It makes you feel weird. Maybe a truck driver can gut it out but not the normal everyday person. Dirty in and out! Stay away....unless you...

”A great little place. I’d enjoyed a stay here one time before—on a Monday night. This time it was a Wednesday so The Laurel was open! I checked in at 7:45 so only 15 minutes before closing. I walked down the stairs, they gave me a table, I had a fantastic cocktail and very very tasty steak bites with nice accompaniment. They made sure I got a shot at a second drink before closing as well. The rooms are delightfully furnished and the bathrooms are a standout feature. As they mention on premises,...
