”While it’s no one’s fault, we arrived to the hotel after a day of traveling and learned the only elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. The hotel employee thankfully found us a room on the second floor, fot which I was extremely thankful. Eve so, lugging luggage up stairs was NOT fun. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot.
