”The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved that they had gluten free breakfast options.”

”The amenities at the hotel were nice and clean. But, the ice machine which is one per floor while convenient in many ways. You had to take a hike with a water bottle just to get to the ice machine. Hotels and motels might be better served if they had an ice machine by the elevators and one at the end of the halls. The restaurant bar was clean convenient. But, I had a Caesar salad that was almost as small as a happy meal. I recommend that they do better when it comes to portions.”

”The ADA room I booked was easy to access. The overall condition was good, but the floors in my room were filthy. They must have missed mopping it. I wore my slippers around the room. I booked a 5 night stay. They serviced my room after 2 days (I had posted the do not disturb on those days). When I returned, the bed was made, trash out, and dirty towels removed. However they did not refresh the coffee. I had to go to the front desk for coffee. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I did not...
