”I’m fairly certain we had mold on our bathroom ceiling and when we asked for towels we were told to wait an hour and then never got any.”

”During my 3 day stay breakfast was great!! The pool was clean and amazing! The room was clean and neat!! AC and Hot water was perfect!! Beds and pillows were comfy!! I requested a refund and was informed they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for over an hour, several hangups from the representative, he send at least 8 or more verification codes. He finally informed me he could only reimburse a partial refund. He then booked me at a different hotel and...
