”Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because...

”House was very clean, hosts were very quick to respond. Only note is that it was very uncomfortable having the host watching us in the hottub on the camera. Rules were simple to follow though. Great location by the river, wish we had more time to explore the conservatory nearby.”

”Had a two night stay and had the worst hotel experience ever. Night 1 minus 15 outside and patio door would not close properly hence cold draft all night, second day asked to change rooms and they put us in a room with no hot water. Two hours before checkout the next morning hot water worked. Provided us with a free breakfast and didnt charge us for parking….. but charged full price for the two nights. I will never go back.”

”I was very pleased with the hosts at Park life and the suite itself. The neighborhood is also super convenient and cute. I highly recommend, especially if travelling with a pet as there are so many parks to explore. Would not hesitate to stay here again.”
