”Felt like the staff isn't working, they are just chilling in there?
Good luck if your room is on top of the restaurant, the bass from speakers will shake your bed. Also the pods were so hot that couldn't sleep. They have little fans, but it didn't work.
All the kitchen equipments are either broken or in really bad condition. ”

”The property is secure, and guests are provided with a key fob to access both the building entrance and the elevator. CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the property, which adds an extra sense of security.
The location is excellent, right in the CBD and within walking distance of the Sky Tower, bus and train stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
