”The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well which was great because it was very warm outside. It is located right next to a bus stop which worked well as we transited throughout the city!”

”Short Review:
Cleanliness: Rooms are clean and decently sized.
Staff: Staff was warm and very reactive. Especially, shoutout to the breakfast staff, they were so so helpful and accommodative. The guy at the reception who comes at night (i think) is a bit rude.(but not disrespectful)
Breakfast: Breakfast is outstanding for the price, we enjoyed every day of our stay because of the breakfast options.
A very cozy and beautiful property away from huzz and buzz of the downtown.”

”The hotel appears to be in a sketchy part of town and we were a little concerned because the desk reception said we could park outside the hotel, even though there was no signage. The room was much smaller than we expected but was OK otherwise, since the rooms were all built inside an old Post Office. The breakfast was OK but not up to the standard of a "Best Western" or "Travelodge" and yet the price was comparable; the offering was cold food only (cereal and boiled eggs i think) so, all in all...

”About the staff. There was one young man that appeared to fit a profile of working at 5star hotel. kharem was his name. Everyone else at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic empathy and genuine hospitality. It was Bossard, Quebec location I am referring to where I fully paid for 5 nights, and booked two rooms between my family.
