”Restored victorian mansion is very quaint. Technically there isn't any hotel front desk but the restaurant staffers pitch in. Very nice on site Italian restaurant, along with valet parking. Great neighborhood for cafes and bars and ball games.”

”We arrived by the entrance on the parking lot side, which was unlocked most of the time, even at night, and allows anyone to enter to the second floor without any control. When we arrived a smoker entered before us, using the elevator while still smoking, so the elevator smelled like a frat party afterwards. Nothing was done about it when we checked in. It feels like the place is understaffed. The first room we had had a wonky desk with a broken leg. No luggage stand was provided in this...

”This was a great place to stay for our family of 4 for a couple days exploring the city. The place was very clean and spacious. The kids had their own room with their own bathroom on one floor and us parents the same on another level. Parking on nearby streets was free and easy. There's an awesome brewery next door and a great bakery a few doors down. Great location for seeing many of the sights by walking. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Pittsburgh!”
