Great home, great location. Our 20th visit to Cayman Kai since 1998. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with a smoke alarm. Highly recommend.

The house and property were great. The house was well stocked. There are also locks at the top of every door to the pool area, that can be used to keep the little ones from venturing too far. The washing machine happened to die during our stay and the property manager was super fast to respond and get it taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and clean, had absolutely everything we needed. We loved being on the quieter side of the island, but there was still plenty to do. It was perfect having bikes, paddle boards, and a kayak. We were able to bike to Rum Point, Starfish Point, and Kaibo. We had a charter pick us up right at our dock to go out to Stingray City. I could not recommend this place more!! I will be telling everyone I know to come here!! We will absolutely be back!!

Great house, Great location

We loved it at Villa Bellagio. Quite part of the island with the bioluminescent bay in our backyard was a bonus. The house is very well equipped and met all of our needs. The bay does have a fair amount of jelly fish but we were still able to enjoy a lot of time on the water with the paddle boards and kayak.

Perfect Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for a family of 11 to relax and enjoy this area of Grand Cayman. There were restaurants within biking distance that had delicious food. Starfish point was within biking distance. The paddle boards were available for our whole family to enjoy and experience the bioluminescence bay at night - coolest thing ever. Crystal Caves were a short drive and I recommend doing the tour on Wednesday and including the family style meal with it- we were well taken care of by the tour guide Syd and the chefs. Barbara helped us with anything that we needed otherwise. We also recommend taking the ferry from Kaibo to Camano Cay which had shops, movie theater, and excellent options as well for restaurants. This was a way faster way to get to the other side of island. Brayden from Blue Haven Charters picked us from our dock to go to stingray city and snorkel. He was absolutely delightful person and we had such a good time. Stingray city is really the only thing you need to use a charter for. Everything else was convenient to this beautiful home. This home really did have everything and we spent every waking moment outside. I would recommend any family call this place home for their vacation to Grand Caymans.

A Must Stay!

This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I’ve ever had. Rum Point is the perfect place to stay - quiet, great sand, sun and fun. The house is perfect - so clean, private beach, kayaks, SUP. This will be our go to place in Cayman!

Fabulous stay in paradise!

The condo was exactly as described. The beach was deserted for most of the week and absolutely pristine. Our kids, ages 11-17 had a great time snorkeling, building sand castles and sunbathing on the huge deck.The condo itself has everything you could want from beach towels, shampoo, beach toys, games, Netflix, even kitchen essentials like olive oil and sugar. This was truly an amazing spot for our vacation and I highly recommend it!

Awesome place for a family gathering!

This house has it all. We had 8 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough room for all. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you would want or need. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and a 1/2 bath by the pool. There is a nice sandy beach at Rum Point and a Ferry to Camana Bay from Kaibo Beach.

What a great place!

Private beach, pool, plenty of lounge chairs & a spacious house with plenty of room for the nine of us (6 adults, one 3 yr old, and two 1 yr olds)… what more could you ask for??? We loved being on Bioluminescent Bay. The paddle boards and kayak were so much fun. From the house it is an easy walk to Rum Point Club (highly recommend), Kaibo, and Starfish Point (all great). Definitely need to plan ahead for groceries, and allow plenty of time when driving to the airport or 7 mile beach. Villa Bellagio was a great choice for us and Barbara, the property manager, was kind and helpful.

Great for a large group

Kitchen was well stocked and good for cooking for a large group, great to have the extra beverage fridges. The tables were perfect sizes for group of 10-12. Bioluminescent was incredible and lovely sunset views. Walking distance to Rum Point and Kiabo for more restaurants and swimming beaches. Paddle boards were great to have on the bay. Would be nice if the beach had more soft sand (a little rocky), but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time in the sun. Barabara was lovely - responsive and kind :)

Beautiful House

Villa Bellagio is beautiful! We had 9 people (5 adults and 4 kids) and everyone had more than enough space. It's a bit of a drive from the airport and 7 mile beach area but definitely worth it (and the drive isn't bad at all). The bay is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding and going out at night to experience the bioluminescence. I would suggest putting in a grocery order with Hurley's and have them deliver; well worth the delivery fee. The house is very well stocked with anything you might need from kitchen items to pool toys to ocean toys (there are 4 paddle boards and 1 kayak) and 7 bikes. Barbara, the property manager is so friendly and helpful. We loved it here and would stay again in a heart beat!

Villa Bellagio- Dec 2024

My family and I came out for my 50th birthday and stayed at the Villa Bellagio. What a fantastic property with beautiful views of the ocean and area. Property was exactly as listed, rooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed 10 days of vacation and did not have a single issue with the property. The pool is great and can walk right down to the water for some paddle boarding or kayaking if you want. Check in was easy and Barbara answered immediately when we did call. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing vacation within walking distance of Rum Point. 5 stars all around and we definitely be back at some point.

Had a wonderful trip

The house is exactly what was advertised on VRBO. The management was super professional. The house was clean and really well equipped in the kitchen and also out on the beach. Everything worked well and it was a lovely place to stay. This is a really great area if you’re looking to relax. There are some great restaurants really close by. I would stay there again. .

Family and friends vacation

We have been planning this vacation for a year and the property did not disappoint! It is a great location and absolutely amazing home. Being on the bioluminescent bay was a great swim every evening. Ray Day's charter picked us up right from the dock at the home. There are fabulous food places close and lots of sughts close.

We had the extended family fly down from as far away as California, for my daughter's graduation from St. Matthew's University & all of us loved our stay at Villa Bellagio. Excellent location & so much privacy!! Our host (Barbara) was very responsive & accommodated all of our requests. Villa was perfect for larger families like ours. We're already making plans to return because it really brought the entire family together again. Can't recommend this VRBO enough!

Pure paradise

We loved the setting of this house. It’s tranquil and picturesque! Rum Point offered everything we needed for a great week with our young kids and extended family. We will be back!

Awesome property & location

This house had everything you would need/want for both adults and children. I gave the description of the property 5 stars but would have rated it even higher if I could. The house was larger than I expected with 5 full bathrooms and a half bath by the pool. 8 adults and 2 children fit very comfortably. Walking distance to Rum Point & Kaibo. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. Kitchen had anything you would need for preparing and serving meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property

We had a great stay, three generation family trip. The house and kitchen are well stocked and very clean. We used the bikes and went to rum point, kaibo and starfish point. The house is on the quieter side of the island - we did a large grocery order from hurleys and they delivered. There is a small grocery about 10 mins from the house but prices there were 2x what they are in town. So plan ahead and it will save you. Great house and a great vacation, would stay here again!

Paradise

This house is amazing! It has a ton of space - we were able to fit 3 families very comfortably. 4 out of the 5 rooms have king beds (except for the kids room, which has twin beds). The kitchen is big and modern. It has two wine fridges and two dishwashers. We cooked in it multiple nights and had plenty of space. One of the best parts about this house is the private beach area and dock! It comes with a canoe and paddle boards, which kept our kids busy all week. There were chairs and tables outside, but we weren’t able to use them at night because of the mosquitos. There are multiple bikes in the shed, which we rode in the mornings up to Kaibo for coffee and breakfast. All of the amenities were an added bonus. We highly recommend this house!
