”Not my 1st time here, both times Bedding sheets was disgusting, didn’t offer nothing but new sheets so we left the facility all together this go round. Hopefully get granted a refund because I didn’t stay at all.”

”The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The communication was through and timely. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the host even made the visitor parking permit process simple.”

”Overall stay was ok. The good: Location to convention center was great and it was clean. The not so good: parking can be difficult and requires registration prior to arriving and visitors are not allowed to come inside the home without a prior registration (although our family ended up not visiting us after I read house rules with check-in instructions). Require a state id before check-in, which i provided but it may be better to have these rules upfront before booking vs receiving them prior...

”This was a great little unit for a two day stay in Pittsburgh. We were in town for the Steelers/Browns game. Check in was very easy. The entire unit has obviously been recently redone. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. Bathroom is a little tight but it’s the layout of the original house, so no biggie. Everything inside the unit was clean and relatively new. Looked like an animal had gotten into the garbage out back so there was some mess in the back yard, but that can happen...
