”The hotel was very nice but the front desk staff was not friendly. Also at the continental breakfast they had run out of bread and bagels to go with the eggs. Very disappointing:(”

”Perfect motor lodge motel, reminded me of the old days in the 1950s. The property is well maintained, super clean, and the manager was very welcoming and pleasant and she upgraded us to a room with two beds. Thank you. We hope to be back the next time we are in Heber.

”the staff (Ali especially) was so helpful and kind in helping us and being so welcoming to our little 5 month old pup! She stayed in the room for a couple hours without us and we were worried that she would be barking and disturb the residents. When we got back Ali assured us that she had only yelped a bit for the last 15-20 minutes before we got back and that there are other dog owners on the first floor so they understand. We felt so comfortable knowing that the staff was so helpful and...

”Pros: Staff was friendly, property and room were clean, quiet, and the pool is open 24 hours (we didn't get to use it, but we travel late, so that's a huge plus). We slept well, adequate ac, I didn't have to mess with it at all. They allow pets and the fees are very reasonable. The room wasn't bad for a pet room either. Also, again, very quiet place, that was appreciated/not a lot of outside noise. Pretty scenery also.
