”Staff very helpful”

”We weren’t sure what to expect when we pulled up, but never the less we loved it! For the price we had a wonderful three night stay. It was my husband and five children. The room was still very spacious with the pull out bed. The pool was clean and well maintained. We loved the double sink, and big mirror. ”The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all.”

My kid had an accident in the bed which did not hurt the bed and they are charging me 250.00 dollars for having to change the sheets which a hotel is supposed to do anyway and im trying to get my 250 back because thats just ridiculous accidents happen especially with children!! ”Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.”

”Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. Good air conditioning. Place has seen better days though. Ice chest left a bit to desire and door security was lacking. The manual lock was non existent and the toggle had been pulled out of the frame. Rugs looked like they were original and run down. ”

”My issue with the hotel is it stated it could sleep 6, but could only sleep 5 uncomfortably at most. I had to check out immediately and go to the Holiday Inn next door. It felt reasonable to be given some sort of refund but I have received no response to multiple outreaches since the person at the desk was unable to help me since the owner was the only one who could. The room would have been fine for my wife and I, but I had four kids with me.”

”The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for visiting Cedar point. The outdoor pool area was fun and a nice place to relax. We will stay there again.”
