”I had booked the hotel for the previous night as I was arriving early in the morning. I have had problems with this in the past; they were ready for me and check in was seamless. The location is excellent with multiple places to dine a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was excellent.”

”The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more...
