Oceanfront 3BR/3BA top-floor corner condo with an elevator and beautiful beach and pool views. Two king suites each have a private bath, plus a bunk room for the kids. Relax on the large private balcony, enjoy multiple pools and hot tubs, and grab a meal or drink at the onsite restaurant and bar.

All linens are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Linens for the bunk beds are folded and placed on the beds.

Beach towels are also provided but must be laundered by guests if used.

A doorbell camera is located outside for security.

Pools are scheduled to be open April 1 through October 31.
Hot tubs are open year-round.
Pool and hot tub hours are 9am–11pm.

Pool openings are subject to inspections and property management schedules. If your reservation is close to the seasonal opening or closing dates and pool access is important to you, please message us before booking to confirm availability. No compensation will be provided if a pool or hot tub is unavailable.

This home is personally owned and managed by us, and we enjoy spending time here ourselves. We care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away.

OTHER DETAILS:
The complex does not allow animals. We use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family. Please, no animals.

The HOA schedules bug treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.
