”The staff member we encountered upon check-in was dismissive, rude and not friendly. She seemed to be annoyed by my party asking if there were any rooms available together. She was annoyed when we asked for an extra set of towels because there were only two sets in the room for 3 guests. The towels themselves were not the most clean. The rooms were fine minus the constant drip of the water from the tub. Overall, the rooms were fine, but the customer service was so bad, we will not be staying...

”Breakfast cafe was available onsite. The tub drainage was slow but that was the only minor issue. The room and bathroom was clean. The beach was conveniently accessible across the street and could be seen from the outside seating.”

”The location was awesome. Great views from every window and very secluded. We did have some issues with the check in but the owners had there local handyman meet us at the house and the issue was resolved. A big plus is that the home is handicap accessible, having grab bars in the downstairs bathroom and even an adjustable type bed for someone who needs to incline while sleeping. Would recommend the home for a large group, plenty of room and just a short drive to town.”

”My family stayed here 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience. I remembered our stay and it was the first place I looked up, I was able to book this trip a day in advance. We took the bike trail to the Coast Guard Beach, visited the Audubon trail in Wellfleet. The common area was delightful. I took a dip in the surprising warm pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am excited for our next visit.”
