”Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. ”Booked two queen bed only to end up with a queen and a pull out couch. I was told when I pointed this out that “ sometimes to booking sights don’t specify. Pull out couch is considered a second twin”. I was really disappointed but I did let it go. If anyone cares to follow up, I can give you the name of the individual who told me this.”

”I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles,...

”Was a bit loud but otherwise great stay ”

”Bar in hotel was both friendly and sophisticated without being stuffy. The best burger I'be eaten in years! Ask for Menna at the bar, he is the host with the most. ”

”The bed was very comfortable, however there was a snow storm while we were there and the walkways were not shoveled by 9am. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.”

”Overall it was a good hotel for the price I paid. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast had a lot of options. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe having some more allergy friendly options. One problem I had was that the bathroom and closet shared a door, which is fine but the real issue was that the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. There was a like 2-3 inch gap. Also the hair products were empty and there was an odd residue around the shower. ”

”Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out.”
