”We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating...

”I wish they should clean more floors. Rooma was nice and bed was clean- but floors were very dirty when we had to clean it for little bit when we came from beach, pool and shower. There was a possible to clean clothes but nobody mentioned how much IT costs. IT was 2,75 dollar per washing and once again per drying. And The cleaner costs 1,25. You should take quarter dollars with you to survive. Luckily the woman at the front disk was helpuful and ghanged us some money. Pleasant stay but dirty...

Suihku ei kovin hyvä mutta siitä ei voi hottellia moittia koko Yhdysvalloissa ei ole hotellia jossa olisi Suomalaisen mielestä toimiva suikusekoitin.
Jos vierailen St.augustinessa joskus uudestaan on valintani varmasti tämä hotelli,suosittelen!”

”The staff goes out if their way to make sure you have everything you need for an exceptional stay. Rooms are extremely well maintained and breakfast is excellent. ”Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. It seemed nice in the dark. Everyone...
