”We received enjoyed our stay here. We booked a suite for my daughter’s 10th birthday and had a blast. We stayed in the room and didn’t use any of the amenities. The suite was spacious and perfect. The property was clean and up to date. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was good and the dining area was very nice. My husband and I are already planning to book a room for ourselves.”

”Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was just enough. Pool and workout room were clean. Well worth the money.”

”Park sleep and fly, plus delivery and pickup at airport is why we stay at this location, and bus drivers are great ,when they are actually called-waited over 1hour for pickup after calling, and after call back the third time ,employee Trish laughed and admitted she had forgotten-usual pickup time is approx 15 minutes , and this has happened one other time, with same response-this was first time back at this location, after using another hotel on several occasions, and what a mistake-never...

”Had a reservation for an accessible room, which was unavailable when we checked in. They switched us to a more expensive room and charged us an additional fee instead of waving it. The explanation given was there were maintenance issues (previous guest had pets that had caused damage) but I still think the additional charge should have been waived as our reservation was changed through no fault of ours.”

”For a decent night of sleep the price wasn’t bad. The staff was nice. Parking onsite and free was a plus”

”Great stay”

”We had an excellent experience for the 6 days spent at the Southport Hampton Inn. Of particular note were the laundry facilities. The room and machines were very cleaned and well maintained. Our room had a small issue with the towel rack. Staff resolved the problem immediately. This was our first time staying at the Hampton and will definitely return on our next trip to Indianapolis.”
