Eingezogen sind wir mit einigen Ahhh´s auf den Lippen angesichts des Wohnens in solch einer urigen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Besitzer funktioniert relativ gut in Englisch. Vor Ort lief die Kommunikation über einen Verwalter, der kaum Englisch sprach und mit der Verwaltung offensichtlich überfordert ist. In...

”Das Haus war wie beschrieben, wir hatten als Paar ausreichend Platz, für mehr Leute ist es m.E. nicht geeignet. Mini Küche mit kleinem Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach (passt die Flasche Ouzo gut hinein!). Klimaanlage oben, wirkt aber auch die Wendeltreppe hinunter ins Schlafzimmer hinein. Unten auch Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Wäsche wird draußen auf der Terrasse auf dem Klappständer getrocknet, ist nach 1 Stunde trocken, Wäscheklammern sind vorhanden....

”Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter war nicht persönlich vor Ort, aber reagierte sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen. Morgens mit dem Meeresrauschen aufwachen war ganz besonders toll. Der Zugang zum Meer ist hier sehr steinig, aber mit Wasserschuhen geht es. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten sehr gut, was wichtig war, da es in den letzten Nächten seht heiß war. Wir waren zufrieden und haben den Blick auf das Meer sehr genossen.”

”Beautiful apartment ideally located in the middle of the island, in the charmful medieval village of St George Sikousis. Great location to explore Chios in any direction. The hosts who brightly designed and remodeled the appartment are very friendly and gave us great advices as to where to go on the island to enjoy it. We enjoyed everything and Chios is really a gem.”

Très belle Plage à 100m par une rue ombragée pour des baignades du matin ou du soir. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets. Nous y avons passé 17 jours que nous ne regrettons absolument pas car de plus dans un périmètre de 30 kms il y a énormément de plans variés pour chaque jour .”
