Toilets weren't cleaned daily, I think only once during my stay (4days). Beddings were hung on the corridors, where they got quite bad smell. No air conditioner, only a fan, I was a bit hot.

”Apartment was in a good location. Close to Lygon Street restaurants.
I did require parking and and while the hotel description said there was off site parking nearby for $20 per night, the check in staff could not tell me where that was. I was left to find a park myself, which ended up costing $50 overnight.
