”The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and allowed us to check in a little bit earlier, which was very nice. The pool was heated and clean. We were there during a very big heat wave so a couple of the rooms had a bit of a mildew smell and they immediately moved someone in our party and we’re very apologetic and there was no issues after that.
