”At 530am while guests were sleeping, fire alarm went off due to water gushing/flooding from the light fixtures in main lobby. All guests had to evacuate into cold weather while fire department assessed hotel. Next day we noticed blood streaks on mattress cover, unfortunately mattress cover could not be exchanged until a day later. Requesting two comp days refund/adjustment for lackluster stay.”

”The breakfast offered was well above the average hotel breakfast. The staff working the breakfast area were excellent, they were quite friendly and did a great job keeping the food and area looking perfect. The entire facility was kept very well, this will be my go to hotel when in the area.”

”I enjoyed my stayed. Customer service was excellent and my room was really clean.”

”I usually enjoy my stay at the Comfort Inn, but not this time. The first morning I discovered a bum asleep in the hallway next to the elevator. Not cool. I informed the front desk and then later observed the same person helping herself to a breakfast at the buffet..... The next problem is the elevators. They haven't been working properly for months. This time they barely functioned at all. I won't be back until they're operable...... Finally, the breakfast buffet. Usually, I love it, this time...

”Every thing bad”

”Excelente el Servicio”

”We arrived late but we're greeted promptly. The only problem was parking. Thankfully we found 1 spot. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Enough items yo choose from to get your day started. Check out was easy. All done on line. My only thing I have to say is there was a hold charge placed on our card and the next day we were only told the receipt was emailed. I prefer to see it the charge and payment on paper including the reversal of the hold for incidentals.”

”Worst hotel I have had the displeasure of staying at”

”The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”

”I always stay at this location and it is great.”

”Room was very spacious and service was spectacular.”

”Clean room, staff, and location.”

”Very good value for the money. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff helpful. Ample free parking at the hotel and food options available near the hotel.”
