”Upon my arrival around 5:30pm there was NO staff on site. In the office I called to check in. They said they had no record of my prepaid reservation; once that was ironed out, they said no one was there to check me in… they assigned me a room number over the phone and told me to take any of the three keys that were on the counter. I took all three. I later found out they opened ANY door. I left for dinner and upon my return realized the tv didn’t work and there was no screen in the window. ...

”The location is good. The staff that I dealt with was helpful, pleasant and friendly. The one issue was at checkout. There was no one at the front desk but I could hear someone in the back (of the desk area that is not visible to guests). After waiting a couple of minutes, I shouted back, “Is anyone working the front desk?” The talk in the back continued. The line got longer waiting for service. I repeated my question, loud enough to be heard two more times. I left furious over the incident....

”We got into our room for the night. Within the first 15 minutes of lying in bed, I started to get itchy and noticed hives. After several bites, I turned on the flashlight on my phone and checked the bed and pillows. There were tiny little bugs crawling around on both the bed and pillow. I jumped in the shower to wash them off. I had several bites on my arm and face. Got absolutely no sleep.”
