”We were hoping to find a home to rent but nothing was available so we ended up at the Coratel, the room smelled funny, there was a disty washclothstill hanging in the bathroom. Some of the "clean" towels looked gross. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable either.”

”The location was fine - nearby drugstore and many places to eat. The property was dirty (smelled) and had roaches and old cheap furniture. The room had a weird layout, including sinks in both 'bedrooms' and a desk in front of an adjoining room door. My senior citizen roommate and I had concerns for our health while staying in the room. ”People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel.
