”Was a lovely stay at Staybridge the room where very nice ,loved the toaster and fridge . Breakfast was very good ,good variety and Lilly from the kitchen staff who was cleaning was so friendly and pleasant .. thank you Lilly for the chat . Parking lot was clean and well lite . ”I’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past and never had a problem until this time. First off there were ants everywhere in the room. You can tell they don’t clean. The smell in the room was horrendous. My poor daughter even found an ant on her pillow. To top it off my toilet was clogged and the water came out and we went downstairs to notify them since we kept calling and no one would pick up. ”Moldy, overpriced, miserable staff, bad smells, questionable clientelle, unethical business practices, unrealized amenties. Mold visible and very strong smell of mold and cigarette smoke. My allergies were insane and my sinuses were closing up making it hard to breathe. Wifi did not work. There was a large dead lizard in the small pool that looked to be there for quite some time. ”The room smelt like old beach sand. The shower only trickled out. The beds were like sleeping on bricks. No give at all. The pool was nice and the ice machine produced alot of ice. I know it isn't the hotels fault but the city water was awful. It smelt like rotten eggs with heavy sulfur. I tried canceling the remaining of my stay but only would refund one night of a three night stay. Find better else where.”

”You expect quaint. You get unsafe, unsanitary and rudeness. You realize from the check-in through a tiny gated slot that this is not going well. You climb the rickety stairs up and follow the uneven hallway down to the room and use your old fashioned door key to enter. Inside the room is extremely outdated, mismatched, and smells of old Chinese food. The sheets are stained. There is no AC in the Florida summer. There are wire hangars in the open closets. It feels depressing, dank and eerie like...

”Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again ”

”The 1st lady at check in seemed to have a problem with English but she called someone (who came within minutes) who was fluent. The internet was wonky. It went in & out. I couldn't get the tv to work but this was certainly operator headspace. I didn't ask about it because hubby was listening to stuff on his phone. The A/C was off when we arrived but very quickly cooled off. Bedding was very comfortable. It was a good deal for the price & we'd stay again.”
