But the staff there is what really makes it outstanding. Whether you need a recommendation, a reservation or help they are willing to go above and beyond. ”Ordered room service after arrival (late evening), expecting the quality to be typical of other hotels. I was so wrong! The room service menu was good, the food tasty, and hot upon delivery…and, actually delivered on a tray, with real dishes, glassware, etc….not ‘picnic’ style. A pleasure.”
