INDOORS
Step inside to a large, open concept room featuring a luxurious king sized bed with the comfiest mattress and bedding! The large floor to ceiling windows overlook beautiful Lake Tuscaloosa.

Kids loft- the loft is accessible by ladder and is elevated directly above the king sized bed. It has 2 twin size mattresses and low ceiling height that is appropriate for kids only (not adults)

KITCHEN
There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, combo toaster/over/air fryer, k-cup coffee maker, microwave, kettle, cookware and dinnerware.

BATH
Inside features a full size bathroom with a walk in shower and luxurious bath robes provided. You can also choose to bathe under the stars in the amazing private outdoor soaker tub or large shower just off the main bathroom.

OUTDOOR
On the upper level, there is a huge outdoor deck that sits high in the trees and features a dining table and comfy outdoor seating area. And don't forget the outdoor bath- all of which has amazing view of the lake! NOTE: Outdoor shower and bath are unusable during winter months when temperature are near/below freezing

On the lower level, there is a hot tub, a large hammock bed and two hammock swings, and an outdoor dining table all under a covered deck. There is a large fire pit with cafe lights, a Blackstone grill flat grassy area with a corn hole game.

Enjoy your time sunbathing, swimming, or fishing on the large private dock that is just steps away. It also has a kayak and paddle board provided, and the ability to tie off a boat there as well.

Home requires stairs for entry
2 adults with up to 2 small kids maximum occupancy- the loft beds do not accommodate adults

MPORTANT DETAILS
Individual booking and residing during the stay must be 25 years or older.

No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted with no refund.

No smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

Rental agreement: A rental agreement must be digitally signed AND before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted at any of our properties.

Outdoor shower and bath are unusable and shut off during winter months due to temperatures and risk of pipes/faucets freezing (typically late November-mid April).
