”The rooms look dirty, the walls are missing paint and trim. When I was checking the bed for cleanliness I found a blood stain on the mattress cover, which the staff tried to pass off as a coffee stain. I wouldn’t walk on the floors barefoot they were sticky. The floors creak really bad so at 5am we were awake listening to the people upstairs walk back and forth for over and hour. The main areas look clean and the pool looked like it might be okay.”

”The space is under construction but it is going to be so beautiful when done. The service on the other hand was not great. So sad because we celebrated our 20 year anniversary and my husband called MULTIPLE times to try and get something special put together and no one even got back to him even though they said they would. When we got there he even asked and still nothing. It was not great service but loved the views and location. We will go back in hopes service will be better next time.”
