Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it.
So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.”

I sent the inquiry weeks before our visit and even sent a follow up a day or so before our visit - no response. Other than that we had zero issues with the hotel and its staff.
