”This is a 3* review because of the room not the hotel. Positives are friendly and efficient staff, very clean facility, nice warm cookie on arrival and a good breakfast though seating is limited. Lots of restaurants close by. The negative was our room. We were three adults travelling together so we booked a room with a separate bedroom. The bedroom was fine with a good bed. Thankfully I did finally find it because I never did get a call back. Otherwise a beautiful property close to the square and abita cafe which was amazing ”

I had lysol spray and bug spray which I sprayed the entire room and got fresh sheets from desk . . . .tolerated the night cause I couldnt get a refund . . . .What a total $ hit hole should have slept in the car ”

”This is a beautiful property that has some areas being renovated thus were under construction. The pool was not available for use due repairs. My room window shade was broken and could not be pulled down to block the light. Though I had the above mentioned issues, my overall experience at this hotel was good. I would definitely use this property again.”
