”It was a room. It was "clean" . I only stayed one night literally just to sleep in the room. ”

”Nice spot to stay in Richmond considering the price. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and quiet with convenient parking right outside the door. I slept great and it wasn't far from my jobsite, can't complain!”

”Parking was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wawa, Sheetz and gas station are right across the street. Air conditioner worked very well. Bed was comfortable, and it was helpful to have a good refrigerator right in the room. ”

”This is my go to stay when travelling to Henrico, its safe and comfortable, the staff is incredible from front desk(every shift) to maintenence and the property staff to housekeeping...they've made a few updates, wich is nice and also now have coffee 25/7 , wich i really appreciate..I prefer the 1st floor , but arriving late wasnt able to get 1st floor but woundup being surprisingly happy with my room...I feel at home here and that type of comfort and safety is irreplaceable”

”Front desk staff disappeared several times that I saw while sitting in the lobby. They had to go off to do other things. The phones were ringing and people were trying to check in. They need more help. All staff were friendly.”
