”The hotel has no working elevator. I was offered a room on the fourth floor with no working elevators. They wouldn’t even help you carry the luggage to the room. After me making much fuss. They finally offered me a room on the first floor which I took since I could not climb 4 floors of stairs. I had a king size bed. They provided 3 pillows that were very low in quality, no firmness whatsoever. The bedspread seemed liked it has never been changed or washed. Forget about deposit if you gave...

”Do not book this hotel it is disgusting we have travelled extensively & we could not believe what we walked into and just as quickly left and found a better hotel. I would suggest Expedia take it off the booking site.the only thing that could fix this hotel would be a bulldozer.”
