”Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. My room keys did not work and they were rekeyed and replaced 3 times. Maintenance tried as well. After we had settled in because they couldn't get the room keys to work, we were moved to a different room. They obviously had not had the time to clean it. Floor was dirty questionable as to what it was stuck to the floor. I used wash wipes to clean it. The room was so stuffy and hot. This was resolved in a few hours once the AC/fan kicked in....
