”Food in fridge upon check in, ac/heat not working, air purifier not working, stains on bed. ”

”Stayed in unit 3137, great place, well furnished and cozy. Well stocked kitchen. By far the best one i have stayed in so far. Only minus no proper blanket. Expect a hotel quality puffy, comfy blanket, had my own with, therefor slept good, besides the neighbor left their dog howling in their unit when out. Would love to stay in that unit again.”

”There was no staff to be seen on the premises but the online check-in was very easy and informative. Checking out was also just as easy as checking in and the property was really close to the lake which I thought was a plus ”

”If your are going to the soda springs ski resort it is very close. Less than maybe 10 minutes drive but the best is that it’s so close to Donner lake and the beach there. We will definitely go there summer time to appreciate the summer activities by the lake. I have 3 kids and they lived the 3 layer bunk bed. It was perfect for us ”

”My room was up stair near the front parking lot they have more than 1 building. at least 1 building is lake front. exterior is a bit run down from guests hitting walls with skies and other items, walk way floors are a bit soft and bouncy they sqeak in some areas its definitely a older building. I likely had the smallest bathroom sink in the building. my room smelled of cigarette smoke It was worse at night when the windows were closed. it had a small mini fridge and maybe 24" tv towels and...

”The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this...

”Interesting and unique place ! The bed was super comfortable, slept great. Rooms very small and no extra frills, it worked for the main purpose, sleep, shower. Perfect place for travelers to meet and mingle. Mostly spent our time in Truckees many restaurants/bars or Northstar skiing. I would recommend if looking for a lil more affordable place ! Personally a lil pricy for a hostel, but its Truckee, tourist town and close to skii resorts, thats just the way it is !”

”This is our second time staying at Edgelake and we love staying in these condos by the lake instead of a tiny hotel room. Relaxed home away from home style stays that help save money from eating out on vacation with the full kitchen. This unit was a little outdated and we couldn't control the temperature, which oddly enough meant we were to hot all night. Nothing wrong with the beds, per se, but not too my liking and I didn't sleep well. But it's literally on lake Tahoe and close to Northstar...
