”The hallway to the room was hot, as if the AC was not running. Our room felt humid to the point where our sheets felt a little damp. The handle of the bathroom door was broken off. The bathtub had a big stain. The only reason why we stayed and made do was because we had worked all day and driven in from Houston late at night and had to be up early for an event, but we will not stay here again.”

”The AC in our first room was leaking water onto the floor; so we called the front desk to report the issue. They were able to move us to another room without issue. The rooms are small, but okay for the most part. The bed was comfy, allowing for a good night's rest and the staff was friendly. Overall our stay here was good.”

”Such an incredible hotel!! Beautiful rooms, and the breakfast was amazing. Only issue we encountered was the pool being shut down for maintenance, as we did book this Hilton location specifically for the indoor pool. But that's nobody's fault, maintenance happens :) If we're ever in town again we will still probably book this same property!!”

I am extremely disappointed with both this property and its refusal to work with us on a reasonable resolution.
I booked this hotel through Expedia for my mother and aunt, who were traveling to Austin to attend a family funeral. The photos online made the property appear attractive and welcoming, but the reality of the surrounding area was very different.
Shortly after arriving, they witnessed homeless individuals loitering around the area, including one person urinating in...
