”The view off the lake from our room was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the property was pretty dated, as others have stated before and it was pretty isolated. The winery on-site was convenient but the staff there was not as accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but would not go back.”

”Great location! The Gorge trail to the falls is right next to the Inn. Breakfast was delicious, but wish there was more to choose from. My husband was hoping for eggs and bacon, which was available, but for an added charge. Overall a great stay and would return.”

”This is not look like the pictures online. It was very small, motel situation. The room was very small with minimal furnishings. Tiny bathroom and window mounted air conditioner.”

”It was mentioned continental breakfast and nothing mentioned in their website and only coffee and muffins were there Also staff was not helpful..there were lot of flies in the room and my kids were not able to sleep whole night but they said you can go to walmart and get bug spray.”

No waffles (why my family wanted to stay here) -- looks like waffle iton is old & needs to be replaced. Tish-sheba in brkfst rm working very hard even as customers complain to her about no waffles while the manager sat in the INNER office (not even front desk). I had to get his attention after standing at front desk waiting for him to look up. Thats...

”The rooms were very spacious and clean. Loved having a couch in the room. There was lots of space to read, sit, etc. The view is great! Pool was perfect temp. The facility decor is dated and the little details of property maintenance have been neglected. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. I would stay there again.”

”We stayed in one of their cabins close to the restaurant building. I wouldn’t necessarily call it “charming“, but it was comfortable with curtains on the windows. Breakfast was good, and very reasonably priced. They also had options for my gluten-free, dairy free wife. The grounds were lovely, with a view of Seneca Lake and large lawn. Parking was convenient. Only stayed one night, but I had a very positive experience.”

”Even though there was a pretty view of Seneca Lake from the motel, it was noisy when outside due to the vehicles on the road.”

”Cabin was clean and comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Very private and meticulously maintained.”

”From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was hit by a strong odor that made a poor first impression. The hallways, carpeted floors, and staircases looked neglected, almost like an abandoned building. Beside the amount of dirt, the carpet was full of stains that appeared to be a mix of old spills, garbage residue, and what even looked like blood in some areas. It was unsettling.
