”This hotel needs to have some renovation done, the carpets need to be changed, they were really worn and dirty. Our room was cleaned just ok, there were some black hairs on the bath room floor. The room also had a bad, musty smell. ”

”This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...
