Motellit – Northwest Tampa

”The room was without a doubt the worst room I have ever been in. I have been fortunate enough to stayed in many hotels/motels around the USA and the world. none have been as poorly maintained as the Park Motel in Tampa Fl. We were only in the room for approximately 20 minutes before leaving and finding other accommodations. I have photos to document the condition of the room. Paint peeling off the ceiling acoustic panels in the bathroom bowed and dis-colored from rain damage rust on the...

”The rooms were clean and well-organized. However, the air fresheners had an overpowering scent that could affect guests with allergies. The shower was also clogged, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to fix it.”

”The room was dirty, cockroaches and other insects in our room. Moved to a new room, it had dirty sheets.”

”Tv didn’t work No WiFi . Mattress was hard. No courtesy at all..”

”It was everything we needed to stay for a few days. The price was very reasonable. The on-site restaurant looks great but we only had coffee there. We didn't use the pool but it was clean. They have bicycles and beach supplies for you to use if you visit the nearby beach; it's a very cool bonus I haven't seen at other places.”

”The property manager was pleasent and in the ball. We will be back.”

”Housekeeping was every day and they did a great job. I had the one bedroom and it was worth it. Lots of closet space and drawers. Fully equipped kitchen was nice. Everyone was very friendly.”

”I have never before stated that accommodation was fun but this one was! Cottage made you feel happy with all the colours, windows into two directions with retro fridge, retro micowave etc.”

”Everything was perfect. Steps from the beach. Staff was more than helpful. Was able to see the area and all it had to offer with his help. Close to everything. Room was clean and had everything I needed for my solo travels.”
