”Literally right on the beach. Walked out my door and in 15 seconds was sitting in a beach chair at the edge of the sea wall with a white sand beach before me watching pelicans dive bomb into the Gulf. Room was clean but not fancy. Parking was only issue, very narrow and limited spaces. However for the price and the location (hello, the beach) you can’t beat it! I will be coming back here next time I come to the beach on the Gulf.”

”The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. Immaculate. Dated property that has some cosmetic updates, but infrastructure still has issues. Hard work to get hot water. Lacking blackout curtains for those light sleepers. Location is amazing...the beach outside the rooms saves this place. Fire alarms went off in the night...twice. Couldnt be comped because we purchased third party through expedia.”

”The room was clean but not in the greatest of repair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The carpet by the desk was torn. Cracks in the corner above the window.
The staff were great.
The restaurant is WAY overpriced for the quality of food it provides. My cheeseburger bun was stale and hard on one side.
Overall, 4/5 but if you had a chance to oh a little more for a higher rated hotel - definitely go for it!”

”It’s a restored older hotel in close proximity to the beaches. We had one one of the smaller rooms which was ok but would’ve preferred something a little larger. The bathroom was small which is to expected in an older hotel. The tv cable system was one of those where they stream all the stations that almost nobody watches at home. When you would enter a station number from the list that they have it would come up not available. We chose it for the old time charm not the tv reception and were...

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”
