”We were flying LAX to Chicago connecting to PEO. The LAX flight to Chicago was delayed causing us to miss out PIA flight and had to fly to peoria the next day. While getting my flight information straightened out Expedia and myself both contact Motel 6 informing them I would not be able to make it in time to check in and was told by staff at the Motel 6 it didn't matter, there was no refund.”

”The property was very clean. I don’t know how long this hotel has been open because it looked somewhat new. The staff is very nice and helpful and no noise to complain about during my stay. It’s close to the mall and other businesses in the area. The only issue I had while staying here was that the shower in my room only had hot water. There was no way to get the water to a decent enough temperature. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was so hot. Other than that I would stay here...

”This very nasty, dirty smoke saturated place. All pictures as fake. I went to room and back to my car to find alternative accommodations. My expectations were low but this place is worse than I could have imagined. I felt dirty and disgusting by merely entering the room. The mold in the bathroom, the stain on the sheets and towel are just the beginning. I returned the key and told the front desk person I could not stay there and offered to show him the room to see if he would stay there. He...

”I enjoyed this little boutique hotel. Very comfortable clean room with small kitchen that was perfect to reheat some leftovers and enjoy tea in the morning. It’s in a great location for access to downtown shopping and restaurants. There wasn’t a TV in my room but not a big deal for me. I enjoyed reading and working on the I pad. Internet service was good. My only small suggestion would be that they put dimmers on the light switches, it was a little too bright at night in the living area. I will...

”Your staff has to work around some cracks in the amenities you all provide. The morning coffee was lukewarm. I was told the coffee machine in the back kitchen was malfunctioning. We asked for Chardonnay, and they were out of it. On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service.”
