”The property was great for our dog. Quiet neighborhood with great area to walk around. Location was great, easy access to the freeway. ”

”Clean home, easy communication with manager, great location! One bad thing, we were blamed for a hole in the wall we did not make. Charging us additionally, while in the same picture are other hole repairs not done professionally. It felt like an easy way to cheat us out of extra money for repairs they will spend pennies on. Easy way to make extra money.”

”The only thing that I liked was the floor because it was clean but everything else was very poorly cleaned. The beds had multiple stains on them, the down stairs bathroom wouldn't flush correctly, multiple of our kids got bug bites during the night while sleeping, the kitchen wasn't cleaned very well, also the jacuzzi had glass and was dirty.”

”The staff were very helpful and accommodating to us arriving several hours early, and were helpful with parking. The room was spacious and had what we needed - fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kitchenette, and dishes/utensils. The toiletries were well-stocked. The beds and pillows were quite worn - pillows were very flat and condensed, and mattresses were heavily indented. Outlet extensions would have been helpful, as we ran out of outlets to charge our electronics. The room surfaces were...
