”The property was great for our dog. Quiet neighborhood with great area to walk around. Location was great, easy access to the freeway. ”

”Clean home, easy communication with manager, great location! One bad thing, we were blamed for a hole in the wall we did not make. Charging us additionally, while in the same picture are other hole repairs not done professionally. It felt like an easy way to cheat us out of extra money for repairs they will spend pennies on. Easy way to make extra money.”

”The only thing that I liked was the floor because it was clean but everything else was very poorly cleaned. The beds had multiple stains on them, the down stairs bathroom wouldn't flush correctly, multiple of our kids got bug bites during the night while sleeping, the kitchen wasn't cleaned very well, also the jacuzzi had glass and was dirty.”

”Our stay was fine. You get what you pay for, so I understood this was a basic stay with my sons knowing we were there to be at Knotts and not for the hotel, however our room door was very difficult to deal with; it didn’t open when you turn the knob a push—you literally had to drive into it with your shoulder or body to get it open. ”I wouldn't stay here again. The casino wasn't really a casino very table card heavy. The "bar" wasn't really a car or a place I could hang at night. It's attached to the casino filled with my smoke and felt like a small table with 5 chairs. The diner was never open and the pool is 3 ft and very small, attached to a terrace but the outdoor sitting was very limited and barely put together. The spa is closed 3-4 days out of the week. I stayed here to get away from the city and traffic but still...

”As a whole the complex is clean and well maintained for a corner lot hotel across from a major theme park. Quick check in, the gentleman at the counter was swift and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and bathing product. Coffee maker , microwave and fridge functioned well. Definitely the place to camp out for the night in peace and get away. No street noise and not much noise from other rooms besides the occasional door let loose slamming.”
