”This is very old building with minor updates. The first room I was in, The AC was consistently leaking and there was a bucket underneath the leak so that states they were full aware of this. Un-homed people were outside of the room. Once I complained, she changed the room for me. I had to ask them to clean the old AC which had a lot of dust. ”I walked in and was not acknowledged. About 4 minutes goes by as the young lady at the desk didn’t say one word. However it was a couple on the other side figure out something, the staff could have said I will be with you, but said absolutely nothing. A gentleman came in from outside most likely from his break acknowledged me right away and check me in. As I walked to the elevator it was very obvious the facility is old and not really well kept.
