Karavaanialueet – Norwalk

”Desafortunadamente no me respetaron la habitación para dos. Fue un viaje de negocios y uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir en el sillón. La recepcionista sólo dijo “They overbooked the rooms with 2 beds.” No ofrecieron ninguna solución y/o descuento, sólo una sonrisa y no le queda más que tomar la opción que ofrecen porque claro, lo que uno quiere es descansar de inmediato.”

”Room was nice, clean and spacious. Parking was easy. The AC worked very good and kept the room cold. Only complaint was by end of the night when you wanted a hot shower, the water was luke warm at best”

”The only thing that I liked was the floor because it was clean but everything else was very poorly cleaned. The beds had multiple stains on them, the down stairs bathroom wouldn't flush correctly, multiple of our kids got bug bites during the night while sleeping, the kitchen wasn't cleaned very well, also the jacuzzi had glass and was dirty.”

”We stayed in a deluxe king room. It was very spacious and loved that it had a barn door to close off the room from the “living space/sofa bed area”. There was also a door on the restroom which was also appreciated. We had a great stay the only thing we did not like was the parking. It was first come first serve and if you didn’t find a space, you had to park in the alley behind the hotel or on the street.
