”I liked the size of the rooms and they were clean. It was also close to the events I needed to attend so I loved that. Close to dining options and shopping. I didn’t like that they didn’t have rooms available on the ground floor because I traveled with my mom and husband and they both have trouble getting up and down the stairs. I was able to get one room on the on the first floor but it smelled a lot of cigarettes. I also found three cockroaches in the bathroom.”

”The Queen Mary is an awesome experience when just visiting the ship for the day. However, the rooms are not very nice aside from the historic factor. The rooms need a major upgrade. Meanwhile the management needs to focus on doing deep cleaning, repairing broken fixtures, doors, etc. the mattresses need to be replaced urgently! !! We had a terry night of no sleep!”

”Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the staff at check in, the room was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and even the gardening staff was friendly. Highly recommend this hotel”

”No hot water in the shower, until we ran the water for 5 minutes. Towels rough. Not all outlets in the room worked. Room was spacious but no seating or table.”
