”Room wasnt as clean as other times ive stayed here. There was a mirror on the ceiling which was TERRIBLY placed and it looked like it was ready to fall on us. Ironing board but no iron. Front desk ladies are VERY NICE as usual. The bed was super uncomfortable and the sheets didnt feel clean. This is the first time i leave this kind of review for this place, other times ive had awesome experiences so it was just this room me and my husband stood in this night. We always stay here on date nights...

”The property was under construction, so some of the inconveniences couldn't be helped. I would not recommend the hotel until it had been fully renovated. There was no signage to indicate where the complimentary breakfast was served, we found it by accident. On our last morning there was no hot water in the entire hotel! Also the furnishings were not in good repair, there was a lazy boy chair that was broken.”

”Very impressed with room cleanliness, shower head/water pressure and comfortable bed. Also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet, for both food quality and presentation. Was disappointed with the front desk’s inability to honor my longstanding request for an early checkin (1 pm). I arrived at 1pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. Was told I would be notified by phone when the room was available. Never received the promised phone call and was issued room keys at 3:10pm.”

”Metal railing in front of the property has damaged from possibly a vehicle and it appears it's been damaged for a long time based on the rust on it. This is the front of the property and customers first impression when they check in.”

”Some staff tend to be rude . Elevator want working had to walk about 3 flights to parking garage. Ridiculous parking fee although parking is at hotel.”
