”The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. Microwaveable porridge was also available, however, there were no kitchen scales so it would have been difficult to measure out the correct...

”Staff were very friendly and we had dinner in the restaurant and food was lovely.
Breakfast was cooked to order and fresh. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

”Absolutely beautiful place, in fabulous surroundings, with an interesting back story. Very comfortable bed and top quality bed linen and towels. The decor was superb, the breakfast was delicious and the owners and staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again when visiting family in the area.”

Great location on The Rebellion Way cycle , cool room in the heat and very good food - beyond normal pub food
We left very early and they made a breakfast to go for us, which was really appreciated

”The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Liked the table and chairs. Shower was great plenty of power and hot water.
Loved the lounge and the fact that there were wine glasses.

”Makes you wonder if the place is called bed & breakfast, but there's no breakfast??? Bathroom was renovated, but outcome was something in between poor and terrible. No hooks or space to put your stuff and the sink was blocking the toilet! Had to do some joga in order to do your business.
On the other hand great location, the room had all necessities and the price was adequate. Would stay again.”
