”Front desk staff was super friendly!!!!!”

”It's not a 5-star luxury hotel, but this kind of small and cozy bed and breakfast is just what we sometimes are looking for. When you are so warmly welcomed and a host is a lovely person, you really can experience more than you think. We really felt we were like local people when sitting outside on the porch. Such a nice experience for us. We spent 1 night. The bed was soft and the room was clean. In the room was really small fridge, which could be a little bigger. The host made breakfast...

”The room smelled like the air conditioner filter had never been changed. The shower curtain bottom was sopped with water. The carpet was covered in debris. The television didn’t work. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the desk lamp was missing a bulb. The window blinds were covered in filth. It was really bad.”

”One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

”The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.”

”We love staying at the Ellery. The location is conveniently close to the center of Northampton, the staff is always welcoming and helpful, and always-available cookies and tea make the place feel cozy and homey.”

”We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!”

”The girl at the front desk was so kind and understanding about all of our requests. The pool was the cleanest pool I've seen at a hotel in a long time. Beds were comfortable and AC really cold. Great place to stay!”

”I was made to believe that they had several cribs, but when I got there I was told they only had two and both were out. The clerk was extremely rude about it. When my room was done, they did not vacuum and one of the beds was not done.”
