”The ac was leaking through the ceiling onto our floor all night long, you could tell it had been that way for months. Occasionally landing on my wife and kids each time they walked to the bathroom. The room had stains on the floor and there was visible dirt as soon as we walked in. We chose to skip the complimentary breakfast based off of the condition of the room out of fear that the housekeepers were also the cooks. We realize we weren't staying at the Ritz but expected at least a clean room...

”Iron was broken and water spilled all over our clothes, bathroom had pink mold and there was hair in the corner of the floor that was not ours, the shades couldn’t be closed so there was no privacy and you could hear everything through the walls.”

”Beds were comfortable. Front Desk staff was friendly & helpful. That’s about all the good I can say about this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. Very low price. Floor was extremely filthy. My bare feet were black from the dirt on the floor. Had to wear shoes. Pay extra and go someplace else.”

”We had an enjoyable stay for 3 days and 2 nights. I wish we could have done an early check-in, but the hotel was very booked. The staff was great. Spa appointments were wonderful. We loved the food at Cedar's Steakhouse & Hell's Kitchen. Shopping at the outlets was fun too.”

”I booked my hotel stay through Expedia gave the front desk concierge person my 80 she stated that she could not find my reservations. I pulled out my phone and showed her the confirmation number. She looked at it and stated that she did not have my reservations. Try calling Expedia and they were not able to pick up the phone had to purchase another room. The staff was not helpful at all.”
