”The employee at the front desk showed no enthusiasm what-so-ever when we arrived for check in. I don’t expect much, but when the receptionist looks annoyed when customers arrive, it does not paint a good picture of the hotel. Other than that, a decent hotel for a few nights.”
”Very nice experience! Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds, nice swimming pool and whirlpoo open all day longl, all-purpose breakfast, friendly staff. Only drawback is the lack of a decent pedestrian sidewalks to the nearby Dedham train station and Legacy Place shopping mall.”

”There were a few things in the bathroom that were concerning. I’m currently recovering from a broken ankle and can’t put much weight on my foot. The bottom of bathtub was smooth, indicating a possible serious fall. I wear a towel and put it down, which was helpful. There weren’t any safety bars available either. The hot water took a few minutes to get there, but once it came, it was hot. The bathroom was well stocked and the room was clean. ”
”Well, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. ”
”Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and professional. The rest needs improvement! Room carpet was stained. The room smelled of smoke. The towel was stained. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes for the shared bathroom. 6 or more rooms to one bathroom. Paint was peeling, tiles were cracked. For the price, I would expect better, considering that I had to share a bathroom. ”
