”Ground staff are amazing ! They are ready to help and available 24/7 . Reception is ok . Nothing exceptional. Housekeeping could be better . ”The building was newly renovated, fresh paint, new windows. Room was clean but very minimal, no charm. There's only a window fan unit, but we were comfortable because the weather was mild. TV doesn't seem to operate correctly. Shower was good, queen bed was comfortable. They had a big fire pit that seats 10, but it was visible to the street, no privacy, no charm. ”When you pay $530 for two nights I expect things to be better. The tv and the safe neither one would work. There was no table to sit at. The coffee pot was tiny with horrible coffee. There were no glasses at all. They did fix the tv and safe for our second day. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. ”
