”The property is beautiful. It looks very much like high-end bungalows (in particular the master one) spread across the estate. The kitchen is also placed on a separate bungalow. The swimming pool with the view over the ocean was a treat per se. Two things: I highly advise it for families with teenagers or kids that can sleep independently in a separate bungalow (which means they would have to cross a part of the estate). The property manager was able to accommodate a crib for us but we had to...

”Casa Artistica was perfect for my family. We loved being able to walk to the beach and so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and surf shops. The layout was great for a family with 2 teens. Lots of space and privacy but nice communal spaces for togetherness! Tiny drawbacks: the construction going on next door and across the street was noisy and annoying. Also, the living room furniture was not super comfortable or set up well for TV viewing, but fortunately, we didn't do much of that!...

”Beautiful property, quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is in the mountain; peace.”

”Everything was great. Especially our host Paulina. We had an all day power and water outage, which is typical of the area, if the place doesn't have a generator. Also, they advertise a washer on site, but it's actually a free laundry service. With the open air concept, things do have a tendency to get dusty, but you just go with it. The amenities were excellent, the beds were comfy, the location is incredible and the price was great compared to others in the area. ”

”We stayed at Casa Blanca for a week in May 2025. Property is better than the pictures, clean and very well-maintained. High-end neighborhood, with security visible around the neighborhood. Lots of wildlife including monkeys, birds and pesotes roaming around the property. We were a party of eight adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, with one bedroom we did not even use. Pool is in great shape and was serviced twice during the week. House cleaners came by and cleaned inside and out...

The security guard in the evening is a nice touch. Property management company made everything easy, and was available for assistance with airport transfers. We’ve been here many times so didn’t need too much hand holding but it is clear they were ready to help.”
