”We found this a very comfortable place to stay in Kanazawa. The location was convenient, especially for the train station. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit was well-equipped and comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble figuring out the washer/dryer (never could figure out how to choose a wash temperature), but aside from that, we had no problems. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. ”

”The location was excellent, but our experience with the host left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and when we did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful. The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. Additionally, we didn’t receive check in instructions until nearly two hours after our scheduled check in time and this was only do the fact we reached out to VRBO virtual agent since we did not get a response...

”The apartment was clean and bright. Cooking was possible and it was a very convenient location. Some messages weren’t responded to which is a problem in an unmanned hotel. Like most places in Japan there’s a real lack of flexibility around bedding (the eiderdown/doona is way too hot with no other options - take note management.)”
