"Hotelli täytti kaikki odotukset. Erinomainen sijainti vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Kaunis huone, iso parisänky, iso terassi. Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. "

"The hotel is located on walking distance from mayor attractions and bus or railway station. The breakfast had varied choices to choose from. There was wellness center for relaxation. The room was nice and clean. My room was on 9th floor and therefore it was quite quiet. Only negative matter about the room was malfunction of the air conditioning. I think the AC is really only a heater. I adjusted the AC for 10 degrees and still the room was hot and musty. The AC was also quite noisy. Thankfully, I could open the windows for fresh and cooler air. "

"Sijainti ei ole kaupungin keskustassa, mutta meillä oli auto käytössä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli aivan loistava. Saavuimme ennen virallista sisäänkirjautumisajankohtaa. Virkailija ilmoitti, että hän ilmoittaa kun huone on n 20 min kuluttua vapaana. Ajoin auton hotellin autotalliin ja palatessani sieltä aulaan tämä virkailija kiikutti jo avaimia meille. Todellista palvelua ja tyylillä. Huone oli yltiösiisti,hiljainen, tilava ja kaikinpuolin mukava. Aamiainen oli aivan loistava. Valitsen tämän hotellin jatkossa mielelläni uudelleen. "

"In Finland and in Estonia we have bidet showers in every house and hotel. But not in this hotel nor in hotels in Krakow. What a pity for ladies 🤔"

"A luxurious hotel right by the sea and next to the harbor. Excellent breakfast and the whole staff really friendly. The staff helped with luggage both upon arrival and departure. We had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting in the room but no wine glasses. It took 3 phone calls and an hour's wait to finally get the wine glasses in the room. Overall, the accommodation experience was very pleasant and I can definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotelli oli odotusten mukainen, meille juuri sopiva ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Naapurissa sijaitseva sairaala ei meitä häirinnyt. Huone oli suuri, pikemminkin huoneisto. Aamupala niukka, mutta hyvä."
